Can Air Alert Really Increase My Jump?

Basketball season is just around the corner, and like all sports when they come into season again, regular people like you and me get out there to show our friends what we`ve got. When baseball season comes around, everyone gets out their mitt or heads to the batting cages. When football season hits, we all take to the front yard to throw the ball around. But, when it is time for basketball season, a lot of people head to the courts, thinking that they are still the Michael Jordan that they never were.

Because we all do this, a market has been created for products that help us all achieve a little part of what the professionals have. If you are serious about increasing your vertical jump, you probably already know what to do. It won`t happen overnight and it won`t happen without serious dedication on your part. You also won`t be able to achieve a higher jump if you train with little jumps - and that is what a lot of programs will have you do. When it comes to your vertical jump, you have to train very specifically, just like in any other sport. If you were a sprinter, you wouldn`t train by running slow miles, would you? No, you would train the muscles in the way you want to use them.
