As someone who enjoys a little basketball now and then, you certainly understand the importance of all parts of the game. Most players practice shooting more than any other, while others enjoy working on their ball-handling skills. The one part of the game that most players do not actually work on, but expect will just “happen” is their vertical leap. They assume that the more they play, the higher they will jump. There are some practitioners who make some pretty incredible claims, and like most things in life, if it is too good to be true, it probably isn`t. No one program is going to turn you into Air Jordan - after all, he didn`t get to fly through the air like that with just a week`s worth of work! But, you can find information that will get you started toward a higher leap.
If improving this part of your game is important to you - and it should be - then you really need to take the time and focus all of your efforts on increasing your power and increasing your jump.
