Jump Manual Review — Does Hiller's Approach Work for Me?
Can you really add a whopping 10 inches to your jumping using Jump Manual? That is what we will take a look at in this Jump Manual review.
The Jump Manual was created by Jacob Hiller. Hiller, a seasoned athlete and trainer, used over 10 years of experience with vertical jumping to come up with a comprehensive approach for adding inches to one's vertical. According to Hiller, many coaches fail at vertical jumping because they do not fully understand the physical aspects involved - but he does. After all, he has helped many athletes boost their verticals by leaps and bounds.
Hiller's manual and everything that comes with it retails for $67. That price does not include the guaranteed monthly coaching. If you want to add a one-on-one coaching session with Hiller as well, you add $9.95 a month. Of course, you can cancel your coaching anytime. I did not go for coaching, though. I wanted to check on the effectiveness of the program first, so all I paid for was the basic manual. For $67, I got an ebook which includes videos, pictures, and printable workouts.
What I like about Hiller's program is that it provides excellent support. For instance, not only does the Jump Manual review the different ways you can increase your vertical, it helps you track it using a workout chart that comes with the software.
Other programs focus on a range of training activities. In contrast, Jump Manual reviews only the activities that help you improve your vertical over a period of 12 weeks. Moreover, you need not worry about not doing the routines right because not only does the Jump Manual review every exercise you need to do, it shows you how to do it through video. Yes, it comes with a complete library of training videos that you can watch whenever and wherever you like, and as many times as you need.
Another feature that I like is the nutrition plan. It maps out what one needs to eat to put the body in a muscle-building mode. In other words, the program approaches vertical training from a very holistic perspective. It couples proper exercise with proper nutrition.
My favorite feature of the manual, though, has got to be the forum. The Jumpers Forum is open to everyone who has bought the program. Access to it allowed me to share ideas with other like-minded athletes who have achieved the very thing that I want.
Of course, I would never try a program that does not offer a money-back guarantee in case the product does nothing for me. Hiller provides a risk-free trial for 60 days. If, at the end of that period you have tried everything in the manual and yet, did not gain 10 inches in verticals, you can ask for your money back.
In my case, I never had to ask for my money back - and I don't intend to. By the end of the second week, I was already jumping higher than I'd ever done before. I hope this Jump Manual review helps you make up your mind to try the program. I can honestly say Hiller's approach is the most comprehensive and effective that I have tried to date.
