6 Basic Steps for Using Jumping Shoes

If you want to increase your vertical jump for basketball, then you can purchase some expensive sneakers. They may help, but they won`t drastically improve your “hops.” One of the best methods for improving the height of your perpendicular leaps is through jumping shoes. Also known as “strength shoes,” this type of training equipment will help to increase the strength of your lower legs. Performing leaping exercises while wearing them can help to drastically increase your leaping ability. Here are some steps for using such footwear:

1. Put the equipment over your regular training or basketball sneakers

They easily slide right over your regular sneakers. Next, you`ll need to secure the special footwear by tightening the straps. This will ensure that they`re as snug as a bug in a rug. Next, you should stand up. You`ll likely observe that the footwear keeps both feet`s heels lifted off the ground. Next, walk around for a while in the jumping shoes. 2. Do stretches before and after your workouts

3. Start hopping

It will further allow you to increase the strength of your lower leg.

6. Gradually do more difficult exercises

As the training footwear becomes more comfy, you can make your workouts more challenging and longer. Look for training sneakers that include videos. These videos can help guide you in performing various exercises. However, you should only use the videos after you`ve become comfortable wearing the training equipment.
